Windows Engineer
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
7
Years experience in the design and operation of an enterprise Windows infrastructure
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server design, deployment, configuration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft core services such as DNS, WINS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange and IIS
Knowledge of file and system level replication and architectures
Ability to create and maintain systems and network documentation using Microsoft Visio and other Microsoft Office products
Experience with creating and managing detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
Experience with Wintel hardware platforms, specifically HP servers
Strong preference for Office 365 mailbox migration experience
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks
Ability to provide 24x7 support
Experience in the following areas are a definite plus:
SQL Server
VMware ESX Server
Citrix technologies
Windows Standard Build/Imaging technologies
SAN Technologies

Provide first, second and third-level support for all Microsoft Windows Server technologies
Design and deploy enterprise-level Windows Server technologies
Provide short and long-term planning for systems maintenance and upgrades as necessary for system health
Analyze and maintain performance data to ensure optimal use of resources
Provide technical leadership to other team members
Provide project management on assigned projects
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
