Full Time Position
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive & pleasant demeanor
Use of proper grammar, courteous & professional phone skills-required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 2 years customer service experience required
Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience required
Knowledge of Sage-Mas200/StarShip required
Magento eCommerce experience a PLUS
Must be a self-starter and very detail oriented
Fast and accurate with heavy emphasis on data entry
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
MUST be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment in order to meet daily deadlines
MUST be dependable
MUST be a team player

Responsibilities:
Product knowledge; handle calls, troubleshooting, complaints, compliments, claims, emails, correspondence, live chat- Daily
Enter and process orders to include: web, phone, import into MAS program from portals (Home Depot, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Amazon, etc.)- Daily
Export into EDI (invoices, shipping TRK #'s, etc.)
Create order reports in excel
Create shipping reports in excel
Balance & close in MAS program
Balance & close in MAS program
Other assigned department responsibilities as needed and/or required
