Human Resources Specialist

Ultra Body Fitness is seeking a human resources professional to provide recruiting, employee relations, and instructional expertise to our managers, employees, and contractors.

Talent acquisition
Manage all recruiting activity and initiatives. Monitor field hiring activities and support the hiring leaders. Ensure all relevant policies are followed.
Employee Relations
Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, leading investigations, and producing amicable resolutions and positive outcomes. Coaching managers on how to mitigate difficult situations.
Training
Instruct managers on risk management techniques, customer service, and performance management. Coordinate candidate development through certification vendor. Utilizing current resources, develop systems for successful employee and contractor onboarding.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
-A minimum of two years in Human Resources.
-A background or related experience in Instruction, Generalist, Employee Relations, and Recruiting
-SPR, SPHR, relevant education or relevant work experience preferred
-Solid computer skills and experience with personnel data systems
-Experience or enhanced knowledge of Payroll and Benefits
-Work experience in the service and sales industries
-travel required (25%+)

Compensation
Salary range is high 30s to mid 40s depending upon experience and skillset. UBF offers PTO and holidays, and choices of medical, dental, and vision plans plus supplemental benefit options.
We're located near Miramar Parkway and I-75 in Miramar, FL.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
