Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to our team.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings - Assist with event planning and coordination - Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area - Handle vendor management, including maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services - File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality - Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, such as invoicing and expense tracking - Assist with team management tasks, such as coordinating employee schedules and facilitating communication between team members - Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred Join our team as an Office Administrator and contribute to the success of our organization through your exceptional administrative skills.
