Qualifications:
Proven experience in the hospitality and customer service sector Exceptional interpersonal skills Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities within a professional context Proficiency in technology and digital tools (G Suite, Property Management Software) Task oriented Able to manage time appropriately and prioritize tasks Confident and accountable Great work ethic Positive mental attitude and great at decision making The responsibilities for this role encompass:
Monitoring daily arrival reports for any last-minute owner bookings Conducting property inspections prior to owner arrivals Foster rapport and oversee owner communication through CRM systems Communicating any potential issues with property owners Generating security codes for owners and vendors to access properties Proactively addressing any outstanding departmental matters Compiling and reviewing home inspection reports, ensuring accuracy on Homeowner Statements Fulfilling additional duties as delegated by the Director of Owner Services This presents an excellent career advancement opportunity for individuals aiming to expand their experience in hospitality, real estate, and customer service sectors.
