Team members are needed to provide excellent customer service, pack and prepare packaged products, and create sweet treats such as waffle cones, dipped chocolates, and caramel corns.
Also as a Lead you will be expected to coach other employees on upselling and weighing scoops.
Another responsibility would require you to follow all opening and closing procedures and make sure that all other employees are doing the same as well as keeping all staff productive.
We offer Team members earn a base pay, plus an additional $5 plus an hour in tips.
