As the Emergency Room Nurse Manager, you will report to the Director of the Emergency Room.
You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 50 nursing staff.
You will be the representation of the emergency room for different hospital committees and required to attend management meetings.
You will also develop and maintain policies and procedures that relate to the emergency departments.
Being in the northwestern portion of Florida, you can relax after a hard day of work on the beach and take in the sun or visit the boardwalk.
Visit the numerous stores for a day of shopping or try different restaurants for different types of seafood or food in general.
You can take in a day at the different state parks.
