In addition to operational responsibilities this position will be responsible for maintaining our wine list, wine sales and marketing, as well as, wine inventory and staff education.
2-3 years managerial experience in fine dining and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage are required.
Candidates must have enthusiastic sense of hospitality with professional, friendly demeanor.
Devotion to customer service and positive employee relations abilities are essential.
