They offer a wide range of vacation homes and condos that are suitable for groups of all size, family reunions, weddings, and other special occasions.
We are currently looking to expand our team! We are a family orientated team and looking for the right person.
As a property manager for vacation rentals, your primary responsibility is to oversee the operations and management of vacation rental properties on behalf of property owners.
Here are some key tasks and responsibilities typically associated with this role:
Guest Communication:
Handle inquiries and reservations from potential guests, responding to their questions and providing information about the rental properties, availability, rates, and policies.
Maintain clear and prompt communication with guests throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
Booking Management:
Manage the booking process, including confirming reservations, collecting payments, and sending out booking confirmations and rental agreements.
Keep track of bookings, availability calendars, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Property Maintenance:
Coordinate and oversee regular property maintenance, including cleaning services, repairs, and renovations.
Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained, fully operational, and meets guests' expectations.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing guests with necessary instructions and information.
Conduct thorough property inspections after check-out to assess any damages or issues.
Guest Satisfaction:
Ensure guests have a positive experience during their stay by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and seek appropriate resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, service providers (such as cleaning crews and maintenance personnel), and local stakeholders.
Collaborate with property owners to understand their goals and ensure their properties are well-managed and profitable.
These responsibilities may vary depending on the size and scope of the vacation rental management company and the specific requirements of the properties being managed.
Effective communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
