Summary:
Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, merchandising, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating sales floor leadership and inventory control.
Main Accountabilities Performance Measures / Success criteria 1.
Partner with SM and ASM for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment including loss prevention.
2.
Become the sales leader within the store environment emphasizing store and individual goals in order to elevate the customer service experience.
4.
Supervise the sales team and follow up on the performance in order to ensure continuous sales coverage and assess the personal performance.
5.
Assure sales floor presentation standards and maintain it regularly in order to meet company's standards.
7.
Assist SM and ASM in contest, events and markdowns in order to increase the sales and realize the personal objectives.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma - Speaks well and uses effective verbal skills.
Availability:
Nights, Weekends, Holidays- max of 39 hours per week.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift heavy boxes - receiving, stocking purposes.
Must be able to climb a ladder - 8' or 14' Job Type:
