Vacation Rental Property Manager

We are looking for someone with experience as a vacation rental property manager (marketing, guest relations, inspections, inventory, maintenance, etc).
who has a high attention to detail.
There is minimal commuting between the homes as most of them are in the same neighborhood.
Someone that is skilled in maintence as well is a major plus.
We are in the stage of growth right now and need someone that is willing to help grow with the company and has a passion for their work.
Base salary will be $60k - 65k depending on qualifications and will be reassessed after 6 months.
There will be a bonus given as well at the end of the year and very generous bonus's for any properties you bring to the company.
